Australia Post is working to reinstate deliveries in areas impacted by bushfires, smoke haze and extreme weather.
Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales
Access issues caused by bushfires will cause some delivery delays in the Tharwa (ACT), Michelago and Araluen (NSW) areas.
The Cabramurra Post Office in the Snowy Mountains (NSW) remains closed due to bushfire damage in the area.
Queensland
Storms and heavy rain have caused flooding and road access issues which will result in some delivery delays in the Kowanyama, Pormpuraaw and Coen areas in far-north Queensland.
